Practical information
Before booking your stay!
Your physical condition
Dog sledding is a sport, we don't expect the dogs to do all the work. Depending on the conditions, you may have to push the sled or walk behind it. Don't forget to keep an eye on your four-legged friends, you will have to take care of them to be able to make a real team.
The journey
The fastest way to get to Trott Husky in Finnish Lapland is to fly with Finnair. We pick you up in Rovaniemi, about 1 hour drive from the house.
The accommodation
The accommodation is set up in our base camp. You have a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a mezzanine for sleeping, a shower area with toilet and a sauna.
Maximum 4 people per stay.
All-inclusive stays
It seems obvious to us that you are not going to buy all the equipment for a week so we will provide you with "Grand Froid" suits for the activities.
Weather conditions
In Finnish Lapland, the feeling of cold is easier to live with because the air is less humid than in France. However, temperatures can go beyond -30°
winter. Depending on weather conditions, we reserve the right to modify the programs.
